If someone is trying to sell your product, your best move is to empower them.

3M wanted to empower sales-people at CDW, Dell, Microsoft and other various channels. We performed audience studies to define key needs and motivators. We mapped an entire communications flow to prevent leaving anyone hanging in the client's communication loop with the sales reps. I was asked to choose the tech partner and worked again as a liaison between agency, client and tech partner until the platform was launched. On time.
